Space for your website
Your package provides storage for your website and a MySQL database. We help you check which package suits your site.
HTTPS included
A TLS certificate encrypts connections to your website. Certificate setup and automatic renewal are included in the hosting service.
Platform maintenance
We look after the hosting platform, including server updates, configuration and monitoring. Website updates and content changes can be agreed separately.
A backup plan that fits your website.
Website backups are a separate service, priced individually for every website. There is no fixed backup tariff, because what is copied, how often, and how long each copy is kept differ from site to site — and so does the amount of storage that takes. The hosting package alone does not include a backup of your files or database.

We check the website, database, domain settings and any connected services so we can plan the move.

Copy and check.
We prepare the website on the new hosting and check it before changing the live address.

Make the switch.
We agree a time for the DNS change and check the website afterwards. Existing email services remain with your chosen email provider.
Migration is quoted separately once we have reviewed the current setup.
Keep control of your website.
If you later move to another provider, we can help you export your website files and database. We agree any migration assistance and costs in advance.
